Receptionist / Night Receptionist
Job description
Creates an excellent first impression and provides high-quality service in line with standards
Handles guest inquiries and resolves them
Communicates guest feedback, complaints, and compliments in a timely manner
Maintains full knowledge of the hotel’s offerings
Manages correspondence with domestic and international guests
Welcomes guests and assigns rooms according to reservations
Makes reservations and sells accommodation to walk-in guests
Opens and processes payments for individual guest accounts
Checks guests out and records departures
Prepares lists of guest arrivals and departures
Required knowledge, skills, and experience
High school diploma in a social or hospitality field (hotel/tourism technician)
At least 1 year of experience in reception work is preferred
Knowledge of two foreign languages preferred, English required
Strong communication skills, friendliness, and guest-oriented approach
Willingness to work in a team
Night shift work from 22:00 to 06:00, 5 working days, 2 days off
Weekend and holiday work required
